Your symptoms of breathlessness and palpitations seem to have improved with Clonazepam, which suggests anxiety may have been a significant component. The ECG attachment would help provide a complete assessment, but since you're feeling better, the anxiety-related symptoms appear controlled. Recommendations: 1. Continue clonazepam as prescribed 2. Monitor for recurrence of symptoms 3. Practice relaxation techniques and stress management 4. If symptoms return or worsen, get evaluated for cardiac workup 5. Maintain healthy lifestyle - regular exercise, adequate sleep, avoid caffeine Seek immediate care if you develop severe chest pain, significant breathlessness, or syncope.

Best to avoid Clonazepam as risk of becoming dependent on it. If there is no personal or family history of collapses or sudden deaths , fits and your symptoms are not exercise related, then nothing to do further. If there are any of the above, then cardiac examination including Holter ECG and Echocardiogram are indicated. All the best. J G S R
