Flu

In July, diagnosed with leptospirosis (false diagnosis) and had jaundice. Doctor gave doxycycline and other meds to treat it. Later on aug 21,  went for gym as lft was near normal only slightly raised. From 22, have fever, went to doctor and was given dolo 650 with udiliv and all other tests of dengue, malaria, typhoid, were negative. Fever reached to 104. Today is day 6, fever intensity is low and max is 102.8. lft is near normal. Doctor has again advised for dengue, cbc, lft with ldh. I am not understanding the reason for fever. Please tell me why i am getting fever with no cough and cold. There is fatigue.

I recently had Vitamin D & B12 deficiency, after taking supplements, both are now in normal range. But leg pain is still there (especially during squats),  gas during evening (sometimes), foul taste of mouth, little bit burning sensation acid. What can be the reasons for these symptoms? Is it Iron/Magnesium deficiency?

Five months ago echo done which is normal but i feel strange paliptation , dizziness on exertion sometimesonly , can hypertrophy cardiomyopathy can develop in this five months and if I do ECG and tmt if it's comes normal means no chances of hypertrophy cardiomyopathy or can hypertrophy cardiomyopathy can develop in five months

Started with sneezing, runny nose, Allergic around Eyes. Since high grade fever doctor suggested admission and started iv after iv with meds my fever came down and allergic reaction reduced. Discharge on same day, again every 6-8 hours am getting fever not severely high but around 101. Day 2 today, do i need to revisit hospital.

Heavy skin burning sensation on lower back and at center. No rash. No pain. No itching. Only burning sensation. Visited dermatalogist, no issue. Dont know whats happening.
