Nausea feeling comes and goes
Hi, Since last 5-6 months i have a feeling of nausea which comes and goes..Before it used to be in a month once or twice now the tendency has increased..This appears more when i eat food from streets or outside..I have feeling of bloated stomach. Sometimes i feel pain in the right abdomen sometimes left..and mostly around the belly area.. Please help me out

Please share details of your symptoms. Take small frequent meals with more of fresh green vegetables,  fruits. Avoid oily, spicy food. Take tab pantaprazole 40mg one daily before breakfast for 7 days. Tab dom d.t 10mg. One every 8 hours for 3 days. For stomach pain take tab meftal spas one every 8hours for 2 days..
