I’ve reviewed your details. The diarrhoea and upper abdominal pain along with minimal ascites and borderline splenomegaly on scan suggest that we should look for an underlying infection, liver-related issue, or inflammation in the abdomen.
Next Steps
1)Do blood tests: CBC, LFT, RFT, amylase, lipase, and stool routine/culture. 2)Check viral markers (like Hepatitis B & C) if not done recently. 3)Continue plenty of fluids and a light diet. 4)Avoid oily or spicy food. 5)Based on test results, treatment can include antibiotics, liver support, or further evaluation if needed.
Health Tips
If pain or loose stools worsen, or you notice swelling or jaundice, please review immediately.

Hello, How is she doing now? She has mild spleen enlargement. Advised to consult for a detailed evaluation. For diarrhea complaint, what she is using is enough. But do not start these medicines next time without consulting doctor as this is antibiotic and have other effects on the body. Please make sure she is drinking 2-3 litres of fluids in the day and not to get dehydrated. I can see the patient on a telecosultation if required.
