6 PVCs on Holter = EXCELLENT result. No concern.
Key Points:
- 6 PVCs in 24 hours is VERY LOW
- Normal people have 100-200 PVCs daily
- Your Proponal (Propranolol) is working well
- Don't need to increase dose
Dose Question:
- Half dose (10mg) vs full (20mg) won't significantly change 6 PVCs
- 6 PVCs already so low, reducing dose may add few more but still safe
- Continue current dose 10mg if comfortable
Recommendation:
- Continue Propranolol 10mg
- 6 PVCs = no treatment needed even
- You're already on medication for other reasons (anxiety/tremor)
- No need to worry about PVC count
Reassurance: 6 PVCs is nothing to worry about.
