If pvc patient use propanal betablocker 10 mg or 20 mg  is it safe for them or cause conduction problem like first degree heart block or second degree heart block

PVCs without structural heart disease often respond well to beta-blockers like propranolol First-degree AV block (PR > 200 ms): can occur, especially at higher doses. your dose 10-20 once a day is good. investigation- 1. Baseline ECG to check: • PR interval 2. Holter if PVC burden assessment or diurnal variation needed. Alternative drug - Metoprolol (β1-selective) may have fewer CNS side effects
