Regarding pvc
I have done holter which show 6 pvc before this for five months i am taking half betanaz tr20 during holter test also I have taken beta blocker and 24 hours result show 6 pvc and after that for 20 days i am in lot of stress and health anxiety does it have increased or remain constant or should again I do holter as pvc which comes i don't feel at all

Please provide detailed medical history. Do you have a very fast heart rate with pvc? If not done, get thyroid profile, cardiac echo done and share results.
Pvcs can benign and harmless, hence no need to panic . It can be due to anxiety as well, hence relax adequately, physically as well as mentally.
Avoid excess of tea, coffee, alcohol. Avoid heavy physical exercise.
Take small frequent meals at regular times. Avoid eating late in the evening.
