My platelets is too low , give me suggestion how to balance it, and having redness under eye with white small spots on it

Pls find my attached CBC report, done as a part of routine check-up. I have HB of 16.2 and HCT of 48.3 %. According to my doctor this is Secondary Polycythemia due to prolonged smoking and I need ecosprin 75mg blood thinners. is this really that serious to start blood thinners? I am otherwise healthy and occasional smoker with no other symptoms. I am bit surprised, suddenly blood thinners were prescribed but the values are within the normal range of the lab report. Please suggest me.

I have done today ECG random it show this is it normal or I have pvc before this 3 month ago I have done echo and ECG  three times every month which is normal now why it shown this and one thing if there pvc will only shown if pulse rate below 100 bpm  in ECG or if it above 100 bpm than also it show in ecg

Hi Doctor, Right now I underwent my test for Vitamin 12, cyanocobalamin and Vitamin D,Hydroxy, where my results for Vitamin B12 is less than 159 out of 239-931 and for Vitamin D it is less than 8.00. I was having no cold sores and anything but just for my health i had randomly checked for STD, all the tests are negative just I've been tested positive with HSV-2 but i don't even have any cold sores or anything, now I read about it and it showed that it can suddenly cause outbreaks and it is not curable disease. Even i read that it can suddenly affect my brain and cause neurological disorders and death. Now I'm so much scared about these, feeling so depressed and anxious that it can outbreak in my brain anytime and cause death. It feels like it will happen now and now, like I'm so scared at the moment. Please someone tell me how old the disease is and will it kill me

Hello docs, I recently test for full body checkup after auffering from cervical spondylitis and other symptoms such as dizziness tiredness tinnitus left ear and sometimeals palpitations also so done the full body checkup in which thyroid also coming low 0.56 minimal normal is 0.60. Done MRI before 5 months in which degenerative changes osteophytes etc are there with muscle spasms coming again and again in neck cervical region. May you please check and reply what should be done.I have attached blood reports which comes not normal only Thanks

I had my dinner at 6.30 to 7 pm den rest for 40 mins den walk for 2 hrs slowly, love to walk and small exaust in legs. Is it good or bad after dinner???
