Good evening doctor, i have shortness of breathe or skipped heart beat while walking fast , talking loudly or running also when i wake up suddenly from bed done ecg , wcho both came normal 6months back please help is this heart related? Thank you

I am a 31 years old(male non alcoholic).last day I checked my uric acid level and that is 8.4 Now what  I do ? Change my food habit or take medicine??

I can feel a pea sized Lymph node , Not fixed and movable , it's rubbery by touch in the side of my Neck. I haven't noticed any changes in Size or shape, I can feel it since past few months now. Any suggestions what might this be ?

I Have Taken  and Completed Rabies Booster Doses Rabies Booster Dose 1 - 18 April 2025 [ Day 0] Rabies Booster Dose 2 - 21 April 2025 [ Day 3] So According to Guidelines - Till 21 July 2025 [within 3 months] if a rabid animal (dog, cat ... including Bats) bites again  no need to vaccinate for Rabies 🦇 Bat Bites on 27 May 2025 ( within 3 months) Questions - A) After Completing Rabies Booster Dose 2 doses given on [Day 0 and 3] within 3 months if a Rabid Animal(dog, cat, monkey ... including Bats) bites again no need to vaccinate for Rabies. Is it Correct ? B) Rabies Vaccination given  is same for all animal bites ( Bat, Dog, Cat, Monkey, Horse etc .. All animals) and same goes with  it's 3 months effectivity rule irrespective of which animal bites ? C) Within 3 months After Completing Rabies Vaccination If a Rabid Animal bites again no need for Rabies Vaccination . Is it true for Both Regime  Booster Dose(2 Doses) and Primary Dose(4 Doses given for the first time) ?

How many endoscopies and in what interval it can be done? I jad undergone endoscopy in 2018 as had acidity gastritis issues the result was normal. I have many a times episodes of gas acidity. Was on rablet course for a month but did not help much. Of last few days a burning sensation in upper abdomen, and at time a very mild pain Which gets better after flataulence. And have feeling of naussea at times. belching has increased. Should i have to undergo endoscopy again? Is it anything to worry.

Tsh level increased to 12.59 from 4.66 within 4 months. Before it was totally under control regularly taking 88mcg. Preferable recommendations?
