I got my CBC done today and my lymphocytes (differential) is 40%, absolute lymphocyte count is 3040.. All other parameters are within range except my ESR which is 30 (range 0-15). However, for WBC, the report says "Transformed lymphocytes seen".. What does it mean? Is it any serious issue? My CBC from Oct 2024 had lymphocyte 43% & normal ESR and from Sep 2024 had lymphocyte 45% and ESR = 72, just for context. Is the decreasing value of lymphocytes a good sign? Please advice. Thanks.

I am 22 yrs lady. In August 2022 I suffered from dengue. After that, I often/frequently feel weakness , dizziness and tingling in whole body. I'm unable to do any work by standing long time. Sometimes, due to my past bad experiences I suffer from panic attack and subsequently heavy chest pain.

The only exception was his blood sugar levels, which led to him starting diabetes medication. Fortunately, his sugar levels have been well-controlled since then. However, a recent serum creatinine test showed elevated levels at 1.9, which is puzzling given his normal test results just a year ago and his controlled diabetes. I'm seeking insight into whether this elevation could be temporary or caused by factors unrelated to kidney disease, and if it can be treated without resorting to dialysis or other intensive measures.
