High readings are directly concerned with your increased anxiety. At the age of 20, it is apparently a false reading without any underlying condition, in your case an anxiety.
Next Steps
Start doing exercises and meditation.
Health Tips
If you still feel anxious, consult a psychiatrist.

Your first BP reading of 130/80 was a bit high, but a single reading of BP cannot be considered significant. This time when you rechecked your BP twice at 10 min inverval both the times the values are significantly high, but diagnosing Hypertension requires BP readings to be done at an interval of 30 mins or more with adequate rest and in proper environment, being more than normal in 2 or more readings. Before consulting a docotor, start Noting your BP reading atleast 2 times a day for minimum 1 week- Make sure of the following:- 1. Do not record BP immediately after prolonged standing, walking or any strenuous activity or emotional stress, Before recording take a rest of 15 to 30 mins, by sitting relaxed upright with support on back, or by lying down 2. Do not record BP after consumption of caffinated drinks like Coffe, tea 3. Stop consumption of tabacco, alcohol or smoking if involved in any of them, and do not record BP after there immediate use. - Before recording, have adequate rest, record BP with the correct method, for this you can refer online. Feeling anxious and having a rapid beard beat during BP recording is very normal, but try to calm yourself to avoid unreliable readings. -Even after these methods mentioned, of your BP readings any time are more than 160 above or even more than 100 below, recheck the BP every 15 to 20 mins after rest. -Any time, the BP reading is more than 180 above or even more than 120 below, recheck within 10 to 15  mins, and if still same visit a nearby hospital or clinic. -Note for any symptoms if you have, possibly related to the high BP, and reports them to your doctor when you go for consultation.
Next Steps
Consult with a general physician or cardiologist for furthur evaluation, if you have symptoms or your BP Readings are still high after a week.
Health Tips
Any symptoms of irregular heart beat, chest pain, breathlessness, headache, blurring of vision, weakness or difficulty in using arms, legs, face, difficulty balancing whole walking, sudden nausea, vomiting, episodes of dizziness or fainting, intermittent headache with sweating and irregular heart beat, any of these symptoms require an immediate visit a nearby hospital.

Your BP rise during checking (170/100 & 160/100) along with rapid heartbeat and anxiety strongly suggests “White Coat Hypertension” — a temporary spike in blood pressure due to nervousness while measuring it. Since your normal BP earlier was 130/80, there’s no immediate danger, but it’s important to rule out true hypertension or anxiety-induced spikes with a proper home BP monitoring or 24-hour ambulatory BP test. Also, anxiety itself can elevate BP and heart rate through adrenaline surge — especially if you anticipate the reading. Breathing control and relaxation before the check often normalize it. To evaluate this properly and manage your anxiety safely, I’d suggest a brief consultation so I can guide you step-by-step.
