130/80 average bp on med
I have been taking telma 40 MG as the past six months, but still my BP on average remains around 130/80 and during the daytime, it is 135/85! My Dr didn't want to add a new medicine
I want to bring the levels to 120/80 at home . Since when I go out, then due to minor anxiety, it is bound to go little bit higher.
