My father has thyroid from last 2 years now.. we have seen downfall in his tsh level report Initialliy in 2024 his tsh value was in between 5-10 so dr suggested 25 then 50 mg then 09 Nov 2024 : TSH : 15.231 dr prescribed to take 75 mg 2nd april 2025 : TSH : 5.350 dr asked to continue with 75 mg 22nd may 2025 : TSH : 0.514 what we should do? Should we stop 75 mg or start taking 25?

Hello doctors, My recent urine routine test showed the presence of protein in urine. So, I’ve been advised to do a 24-hour urine protein test. The problem is, labs near my home are too expensive. I found one lab that is affordable, but it is far from where I live. I want to know: 👉 If I collect the 24-hour urine sample and carry it to that far lab, 👉 Will sunlight, travel time, or heat affect the sample? 👉 Can this cause a false or incorrect result? Please guide me on what is safe and correct to do.

My  B12 is at  190 level showing deficiency. Have no sugar or thyroid.Lab tests done All lab reports are normal. Should i take nurokind od or neurobion forte to increase B12??. I m feeling weak and fatigue and am looking for faster recovery
