Stop taking Syp. Cremaffin plus. I'll advice you to take SOFTOLAX POWDER 2TSF IN 1 GLASS OF WATER AT 8 PM. High fibre diet and avoid oily and spicy food. But due to hard stools if you've developed Anal fissure or Haemorrhoids then you should book a consult for medical management in initial stages.
Next Steps
SOFTOLAX POWDER 2TSF IN 1 GLASS OF WATER AT 8 PM.

You can include fibre rich salads with non vegetarian food and take plenty of fluids. It is better to take natural laxatives like Isabgol.

Hi, I understand how uncomfortable chronic constipation and hard stools can be — especially when it affects daily life. Let’s go through your issue carefully Reason for your problem Eating fish and chicken frequently is fine for protein intake, but these foods lack dietary fiber. When there isn’t enough fiber or water in the diet, the intestines absorb too much water from stool, making it dry, hard, and difficult to pass. Also, if you have low physical activity or drink less than 2–2.5 liters of water daily, constipation becomes chronic. About Cremaffin Plus Yes, Cremaffin Plus (a combination of liquid paraffin + milk of magnesia) is safe for short-term and occasional use, such as 1–2 times per week or every alternate day. However, long-term dependence is not advised, because your bowel can gradually become “lazy,” needing higher doses over time. So, rather than relying on Cremaffin forever, it’s better to fix the root cause and make your gut naturally regular. Best management plan 1. Cremaffin Plus syrup: 15–20 ml at bedtime (only when needed), followed by a glass of water. 2. Add fiber: Include 1 tablespoon of Isabgol (psyllium husk) with warm water or milk at night daily. 3. Hydration: Minimum 2.5 liters water/day — especially one glass of warm water on waking up. 4. Diet: Add fruits (papaya, banana, guava, apple with peel), green leafy vegetables, and whole grains. Reduce excess meat-only meals; balance with fiber-rich items. 5. Physical activity: 20–30 minutes brisk walk daily helps bowel movement. 6. Avoid excessive use of tea, coffee, or refined flour foods. When to consult If you notice: Blood with stool Severe bloating or pain No motion even after laxatives Weight loss or fatigue Then you need a colon and thyroid check (as hypothyroidism or IBS can cause similar symptoms). I can review your diet, medications, and bowel pattern in detail and create a personalized plan (with alternatives to Cremaffin for long-term relief). You can message me directly on WhatsApp at nine three two six zero two zero five three six — share your routine, and I’ll guide you with a step-by-step solution that helps you get off laxatives safely while keeping your digestion smooth.

Cremaffin Plus is safe for short-term use but not recommended every alternate day for long-term/chronic constipation without addressing the root cause. Regular long-term use can make your gut dependent on laxatives.
Next Steps
drink plenty of water 10–12 glasses/day, Add salad with every meal (cucumber + carrot + aata roti) as fiber source, exercise 20-30 min daily, also add probiotic such as curd in any food

Hi., I can understand your concern. On the long run it's not safe to take. Try to add fibre rich foods like spinach or other vegetables and take sweet potato. Adding fibre will help. Take steamed groundnuts as eveng snack which acts a natural purgative.
