I was prescribed to use 10ml at night by doctor for fissure problem for 2weeks. Now I guess my fissure got decreased and it's 8 days now.
Can I stop immediately after two weeks or should I gradually reduce it and then stop? Like 10 to 5, 5to2.5 and then stop, given each two days.
How long is too long to use cremaffin plus syrup? Is two weeks fine?

Your fissure has not decreased. It is your constipation and hardness of your stools which has improved. Please continue the medicine for another week and then consult with a General Surgeon. He will decide if healing process of fissure has started.
