Dear Doctors I'm a 25-year-old female with a persistent high heart rate (95-105 bpm). I've been experiencing chest pain, left arm pain, and shoulder/back pain. Despite multiple ER visits, my tests (ECG, Echo, TMT, and Troponin) have been done & all the tests were normal I'm concerned about the cause. Could my symptoms be related to anxiety or is there another underlying issue? I'd appreciate your guidance.

Keep yourself well-hydrated, reduce caffeine, and try light exercise or breathing relaxation.
You can check thyroid and blood counts if not done yet.
