High heart rate
Today my heart rate was 161 bpm for 5 minutes as I did not have my bp medicine bp was 138/90 I am fearing that such a high heart rate of 161 bpm would have done some damage to heart is their any chance of damage with that heart rate or I am safe

May be u r suffering from psvt ,go to emergency do ecg show to cardiologist,he will advise for blood investigation and ecg and eps go for these investigations and dnt neglect ur health

Increase in your heart rate is most likely due to abrupt stopping of betablocker you are using.Betablockers are meant for hypertension and tachycardia as well.Get a baseline ECG to check the rythem and rate.Resuming the tablet will bring the rate down.
