Your description of sudden, sharp, shooting head pain suggests a nerve-related or vascular headache, such as occipital neuralgia, trigeminal neuralgia, or ice-pick headache. These pains are typically brief but intense and may not respond well to routine painkillers — instead, they often need nerve-calming medications and sometimes neurological evaluation or imaging to rule out any underlying cause. Since it has persisted for a week and only strong painkillers are helping, it’s important not to ignore it — timely treatment can prevent chronic pain or complications. You can contact me directly on WhatsApp at nine three two six zero two zero five nine six for a detailed evaluation and proper treatment plan to stop these pains completely.
