I have pcos, got a very sharp pain on my right side of abdomen, starting at mid stomach and ending at the groin. It felt like a cyst has burst, horrible pain cant even stand. Ive felt like this before due to cysts pushing against a bone but this time it feels different and the pain may have lessened but is not going away. I also feel a bit pukish, and it feels like something is constantly attached to the place of pain like an object in my body free moving.
