I have pcos, got a very sharp pain on my right side of abdomen, starting at mid stomach and ending at the groin. It felt like a cyst has burst, horrible pain cant even stand. Ive felt like this before due to cysts pushing against a bone but this time it feels different and the pain may have lessened but is not going away. I also feel a bit pukish, and it feels like something is constantly attached to the place of pain like an object in my body free moving.

With PCOS, a sharp right-sided pain running from mid abdomen to the groin is most often a ruptured ovarian cyst, but at 29 with pain in that exact area I also have to rule out appendicitis and a ureteric stone, and those three are treated very differently. The feeling of something "moving" and the pain not fully settling is why this cannot be judged on a chat. An ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis with a urine test and CBC will separate these in one go. Fever, vomiting, fainting, a very tender abdomen or a missed period with this pain means you go to the emergency room right away, since an ectopic pregnancy and a twisted ovary also present like this.
Next Steps
Get a pelvic and abdominal ultrasound, urine routine, CBC and a urine pregnancy test done in the next day or two. Take only paracetamol for the pain till then, avoid painkillers on an empty stomach. Message me on Practo with the scan report and I will tell you whether this needs treatment or a gynaec referral.

Even if you are a case of PCOS you still have an Appendix too.
Your symptoms suggest Acute Appendicitis. Please consult a General Physician or a General Surgeon in your area for a physical examination and further management.
This should be a priority .
It can be due to appendix... Get abdomen sonography done first ...then only we can reach to any diagnosis.... And if pain is more take paracetamol till that time.... Or I will suggest you to get admit in a good hospital ASAP.....
If you feel feverish and if the pain is at the mid point of a line between umbilicus and hip bone it can be acute appendicitis since you have nausea also
It can be a sone in the ureter right side or a ruptured cyst in the ovary
