  4. Male left nipple pain. Have triggered!

Male left nipple pain
I have a pinching pain under the left nipple. I am 34 years old male and have been experiencing this sharp pain since the last 3 days which subsides automatically but returns after a while. There is no tenderness or swelling on or around the nipple. I am slightly overweight and had started exercising a couple of days back which might have triggered
