Male with lump under nipple
Hello, I am a 29 year old male. About a month ago I noticed a lump directly behind my right nipple. Some days it's tender, others it's just there. Could this be swollen lymph node? Symptom of Std? I've been lifting weights for 3 months (no supplements) ... could that have something to do with it? Sometimes my nipple feels irritated and hurts when my shirt brushes against it. Thanks for your help

It can be Gynaecomastia.
