Common cause in males could be less water intake a.d use of common washroom. Its not so common a disease in males as in females. Drink lot of fluid and maintain  personal hygiene to avoid UTI

UTI is not very common in males less than 50 years. It may be due to dehydration and poor hygiene in males less than 50 years.For more than 50 years enlarged prostate is common cause. Common investigation: 1. CBC and urine routine followed by culture and sensitivity. 2. USG might be required to rule out stones
Next Steps
1. If fever with chills take Paracetamol 650 mg 3 times for 3 days 2. Antibiotics may be required
