Hello Ma'am, kindly don't panic a single course of 1 week antibiotics will not lead to any complications. It might arise from repeated use of unnecessary antibiotics only. So kindly repeat your Urine tests and consult your obstetrician with the report and let him/her know about the previous report too. In this way, the next steps of your treatment will be planned accordingly. Hence, just keep calm Ma'am

Please don’t panic. A single 7-day course of nitrofurantoin does not mean you have developed antibiotic resistance or that it will cause harm to your baby. Resistance is a property of bacteria, not something that permanently happens to your body. Nitrofurantoin is commonly used for UTIs during pregnancy, although it is generally avoided close to delivery and in certain conditions such as G6PD deficiency. Since you are now 34 weeks, please inform your obstetrician about the course and follow their advice; no additional antibiotics are needed unless there is evidence of infection
Next Steps
don't restart or take another antibiotic just because you're worried about resistance.

Nitrofurantoin is commonly used for UTIs during pregnancy, including in the second and third trimesters. Available data have not confirmed an increased risk of birth defects Cital UTI syrup is generally a urinary alkalinising/urinary symptom-relief preparation, not an antibiotic, so it isn't the major concern regarding resistance.
Next Steps
Continue your routine antenatal follow-up. If you currently have burning urine, increased frequency, fever, lower abdominal pain, or flank/back pain, get a urine routine examination and urine culture before starting another antibiotic. If you have no urinary symptoms, usually no additional antibiotic treatment is required. Inform your obstetrician about the previous nitrofurantoin course, especially as you get closer to delivery.
Health Tips
stay well hydrated and don't hold urine for longer periods

Do not panic , 7 days of nitrofurantoin does not cause resistance and repeat urine test in good lab again........ During pregnancy even asymptomatic bacteuria must be treated

Please don’t panic. A 7-day course of nitrofurantoin, when prescribed in pregnancy, usually does not cause harm or meaningful antibiotic resistance in you or the baby. Since the report was reportedly incorrect, no further antibiotic is needed unless your obstetrician advises it.
Next Steps
Inform your obstetrician about the medicines taken and follow their plan. If fever, burning urine, back pain, contractions or reduced fetal movements occur, seek urgent maternity care. You may book a Practo consult with me or visit Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj for personalised review.

Please don't worry about lasting resistance from one antibiotic course. That risk builds up over repeated or unnecessary use, not a single week like yours.
Next Steps
Ask your obstetrician for a repeat urine test to confirm your current status, and mention the lab error at your next visit.
Health Tips
If the original report was wrong, get it reconfirmed at a reliable lab before starting any further treatment.
