Male 44years old, my pdw value is 17.5
I am male 44 years,have high esr count and pdw is 17.5, absolute basophil count is 0 too.
should I worried because of high pdw count? Rest are all normal.

Hi,
If you can share complete report with clinical history then it would be helpful to guide you.
High ESR needs to be evaluated.
Don't worry about basophil count and pdw if platelet count is normal.
