High MPV AND PDw
My mpv and Pdw are 13 &32 while platelets and everything is normal...I am pre diabetic and have some piles issue...Is it high coz of that? Wat else can be the factor...how to control it

Your MPV is almost normal. PDW doesn't affect the efficiency of the platelets. Your platelet count is normal. In short you needn't do anything for your platelets.

Yes because of pre diabetic condition mpv and pdw can be raised and you don't have any symptoms of any blood related disorder. If you improve your HBA1C levels this can be controlled.
