Hi doctor, I'm 35 years old. My left side breast has heat boil like lumps exactly on my nipple . for more than 5 days. It's not reduced. But what I noticed is it's hard and painful when the bra is removed. No liquid coming up. When I touch with two fingers it looks like there is some lump inside. Should I need to be worried? What can it be? Pls suggest.

Hi dear
If it's becoming hard then u need to get it examined and do an ultrasound of that breast to find out what exactly it is .
No need to panic lets first know what it is and then we will treat it accordingly
Take care
Do u have family history of breast Ca?
Do u have done self breast exam ?
Do u have found any nodule , lump ?
Is there any change in size and texture of nipple/ areola ? Or change in skin texture.
It can be early signs , including any watery discharge from nipples and should not ne ignored.
Tenderness can be due to underlying abscess/pus or infection.do u have fever or any other complaints or on any other harmonal medications or contraceptive pills.consult me here on practo or free whatsapp 9716633one2nine
If local temperature is high and movable, reddish, with u have fever or vomiting, it's boil
