3-4 knots or lumps in the left breast
Hello Doc, I already had a tangible knot above the nipple of my left breast earlier. It increased recently to 3 and currently 4 knots. Are the lumps unusual or concerning? They are slightly painful when pressed and the 4 vary in size and shape. The right breast has 1 lump. Please guide

Hi mam you need to visit a nearby general surgeon with ultrasound breast reports for further evaluation and examination. Usually it will be of fibrocystic breast disease or breast lipomas but cannot comment without examination.

To evaluate this complete physical examination is required to see skin changes, change in size of the breast, regional lymph node examination, bimanual breast examination including complete breast tissue and then diagnostic evaluation will be done that can be mammography and biopsy will be done
