Dear Patient, Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding the yellowish sticky discharge from one nipple and irregular periods. While your breast ultrasound, prolactin, and thyroid reports are normal, these symptoms could still be related to hormonal fluctuations or other underlying conditions that may require further evaluation. Here are a few points to consider: 1. **Hormonal Imbalance**: Even with normal prolactin and thyroid levels, other hormonal imbalances could be contributing to your symptoms. 2. **Infection or Duct Issues**: Sometimes, discharge can be due to an infection or a blocked duct in the breast. 3. **Gynecological Evaluation**: Irregular periods and nipple discharge could be related to gynecological conditions that need to be assessed. Given the complexity of these symptoms, it is important to have a thorough evaluation to determine the exact cause and appropriate treatment. I strongly recommend scheduling a consultation for a comprehensive assessment and personalized care plan. Please feel free to reach out to me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two to discuss your symptoms further or to book an appointment. Take care
