Acidity and Pinching Stomach Pain
Suffering from pinching stomach pain at center above the navel and acidity, not able to eat anything, nausea feeling.
Took Pan D, and dygene syrup yesterday and today. But no use ... still having the same issue ...

Hi,
It's possible that you are having a bout of gastritis ( just a slightly fancy term we use for acidity).
This could very well be due to something you ate recently or more commonly because of not eating food on time added with work/home stress.
You can continue pan d for 2-3 days.
Take a bland diet - nothing fried, spicy and home cooked clean food.
Avoid alcohol
