It seems like Gastritis, need more details,
Don't lie down immediately after eating.,
Avoid spicy and oily foods,
Drink plenty of water,
Don't skip meals,
Don't drink tea and coffee on empty stomach.
Your symptoms could be due to gastric issues, heart related issues or muscular related.Consult a cardiologist and gastroenterologist respectively,in your area for a clinical examination and appropriate investigations and management
Hi sir.
Kindly get a TMT and 2D Echo done by consulting a nearby Cardiologist to rule out any cardiac pathology.
Next Steps
If Cardiology side is found to be normal, you may consult a gastroenterologist to evaluate your frequent belching and gastric issues.
Health Tips
Include fibre rich diet. Reduce intake of coffee, tea, spicy foods, carbonated drinks. Early dinner before 7.30pm. Elevate your head end while sleeping. If you have neck issues, you can elevate your head end of the bed with bricks.
You are 31 years old. These days it is quite common to find young people having a heart problem.
I suggest you should consult a General Physician or a Cardiologist in your area. The heart doesn't give you many chances.
Getting an opinion without a clinical examination and relevant investigations is cheating yourself.
It seems to be likely a gastric issues, although more history is needed, it can be possibly chronic gastritis resulting in esophagitis , but it should not be avoided,
Get thorough examination.
Next Steps
Get an upper gi endoscopy, ,this will likely point out the underlying cause and current status of stomach and esophagus.
Most likely chronic esophagitis secondary to repeated episodes of GERD /acid reflux
Since its been from many years I'm sure Just telling you to have pantoprazole or sucralfate won't help
Change your habits.. Eat at the same time everyday .. timing doesn't matter but consistency does matter because stomach releases hcl based on the time of the day it's adjusted to
Avoid salty spicy and packaged foods
Next Steps
upper Gi endoscopy with Peptic ulcer screening
barium swallow tests
ecg but mostly you'd have gotten it done and found normal

It’s highly unlikely to get something if cardiac origin at this age of yours until you’re having risk factors like
1. Chain smoking
2. Family history
3. Something congenital
4. On steroids for body recomposing
The pain is usually of gastric origin
But we need to make sure there is nothing organic
Next Steps
1. ECG
2 hsCRP, Troponin
3. 2D ECHO

Chest pain may be due to many reasons
Most commonly gastritis
Gastritis ( in common terms as gas pblm) due to food habits
1.Check the diet
@.take food on time regularly
@.decrease fat containing meals (like excess meat, biriyani)
@.decrease soft drinks
@. Check for lactose intolerance ( people are intolerant to milk and its dairy products)
2.life style changes
@daily walking and mild to moderate exercises
@practice healthy habits.
3.Take TAB.CYRA-D BD for a week( 2 times a day for one week)
Gas bloating pain is felt as fullness and pain behind sternum
Chest pain of Myocardial ischaemia (heart attack in common terms) is squeezing type and patient says like someone sat on their chest and they r unable to breath
In such cases emergency medication tab aspirin is given (but not suitable to all patients like some with bleeding disorders ,so use in emergency cases)
Get done with ecg

Sudden Weight loss , diarrhea, vomiting, mal absorption
If you have such symptoms kindly consult near by doctor
Might be due to inflammatory bowel diseases or other pathologies
