Hi sir. Kindly get a TMT and 2D Echo done by consulting a nearby Cardiologist to rule out any cardiac pathology.
Next Steps
If Cardiology side is found to be normal, you may consult a gastroenterologist to evaluate your frequent belching and gastric issues.
Health Tips
Include fibre rich diet. Reduce intake of coffee, tea, spicy foods, carbonated drinks. Early dinner before 7.30pm. Elevate your head end while sleeping. If you have neck issues, you can elevate your head end of the bed with bricks.

You are 31 years old. These days it is quite common to find young people having a heart problem. I suggest you should consult a General Physician or a Cardiologist in your area. The heart doesn't give you many chances. Getting an opinion without a clinical examination and relevant investigations is cheating yourself.

It seems to be likely a gastric issues, although more history is needed, it can be possibly chronic gastritis resulting in esophagitis , but it should not be avoided, Get thorough examination.
Next Steps
Get an upper gi endoscopy, ,this will likely point out the underlying cause and current status of stomach and esophagus.
Health Tips
Try to limit your food intake.

Most likely chronic esophagitis secondary to repeated episodes of GERD /acid reflux Since its been from many years I'm sure Just telling you to have pantoprazole or sucralfate won't help Change your habits.. Eat at the same time everyday .. timing doesn't matter but consistency does matter because stomach releases hcl based on the time of the day it's adjusted to Avoid salty spicy and packaged foods
Next Steps
upper Gi endoscopy with Peptic ulcer screening barium swallow tests ecg but mostly you'd have gotten it done and found normal
Health Tips
Lifestyle changes first medicines later
