Good day to you
I understand the reason for your concern and seeing as you have gotten these tests done it shows your vigilance and utmost importance to your health which is very commendable
Chest pain is very broad symptom which can be caused by Heart causes, Lungs, Muscular, Bone, Cartilage, Nervous system and much more
Seeing as the duration of the pain is 4 months it seems to be a chronic condition and does rule out cardiac arrest and unstable angina or NSTEMI
However it will need extensive workup to rule out all the other factors and since your age is young it does open the possibility of some rare diseases and conditions
If you feel I can be of better service to you
Feel free to book a one to one consultation via practo or you can even pursue via WhatsApp

Chest Pain maybe due to other cause also like motility disorders,Panic attackMuscle Strain.Need to know the timing of Chest Pain like during rest or during working or Chest Pain is also with other symptoms so you need to consult
Start a ppi
Pantop one tab daily before breakfast for 1 week
Likely some work related anxiety issues
And also change your living habits and dont lye down directly after taking food, dont take much caffeine and spicy food.
As all your test are normal , so there is very low chance of pain due to cardiac cause. There must be some other causes i.e muscle pain , gastric problem , or vit d deficiency .
Next Steps
Get a vit d test and in case of severe pain do consult a doctor.
Hi
With your normal lipid levels, and normal hscrp the chances of heart block is very minimal
The pain in your heart cannot be heart pain
It can be due to gastric ulcer
Do you have regurgitation?
Do you have nausea (vomiting sensation)
Do you have abdominal discomfort after food intake?
Do you have the habit of drinking more coffee or tea?
Do you have the habit of skipping meals?
These can cause gastric ulcer
