As all your test are normal , so there is very low chance of pain due to cardiac cause. There must be some other causes i.e muscle pain , gastric problem , or vit d deficiency .
Next Steps
Get a vit d test and in case of severe pain do consult a doctor.
Health Tips
Avoid spicy food and do some physical activity.

Hi With your normal lipid levels, and normal hscrp the chances of heart block is very minimal The pain in your heart cannot be heart pain It can be due to gastric ulcer Do you have regurgitation? Do you have nausea (vomiting sensation) Do you have abdominal discomfort after food intake? Do you have the habit of drinking more coffee or tea? Do you have the habit of skipping meals? These can cause gastric ulcer Consult with me, I'll prescribe the right medication

Considering your age history and test reports this is not heart issue. Most likely gastritis should be the problem.Drink plenty water , keep active lifestyles and take care of your gut health. If feel sudden chest pain u can get ECG done and consult immediately. But nothing to worry as such.
