Cough of severe nature with soar throat

Regarding uti

Sir iam again having urine colour light brown/red with recurrent pelvic area and lower back pain I have previously also had uti in last month(03/06/2025) doctor advised some meds and I used it for 5days & uti gone , so should I use same meds prescribed previously?
