My 65-year-old father was diagnosed with diabetes one and a half years ago, with normal blood test results except for slightly elevated creatinine (1 mg/dl). He's been on medication since, with well-controlled blood pressure and sugar levels. However, his creatinine levels spiked to 1.7 the next year, then 2 the next month before decreasing to 1.9 (which is still high). Despite the diagnosis of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) by our doctor, he seems unconcerned (despite the quick decline in his GFR), advising him to continue his current diet. Should we be alarmed by this creatinine elevation, given his otherwise controlled health parameters? And Given the significant decline in kidney function over the past year, is it likely that the deterioration will continue, or is it possible for the kidneys to stabilize at their current level for an extended period?

I have taken 2 booster dose on 11 and 14 march 2025. For how many days thus immunity last. For many days i dont need booster again if re exposure happens .

I have done a CBC test in dec end and my ESR, MPV are slightly high and platelets showing as giant. Is it something to be concern of. I had lumps in armpit but reduced after taking antibiotics but have pain in both arms, shoulders and sometimes in both breast. Is it something to be very concern of. I showed it to doctors and they asked to take plenty of fluids and home cooked food. Thanks for your responses.
