Could be Acid Peptic Disease or Acid reflux Site if upper abdomen pain, it's relation if increases or decreases before or after food intake Movement of food back up into the food pipe after meals Recurant clearing of throat or throat pain Nausea vomiting Loose stools or constipation Blood in stools or black coloured stools Alcohol use/ smoking/ tobacco if any Diet pattern Detailed symptoms analysis will help in deciding appropriate treatment. ECG appears normal

- Avoid Tea, coffee, caffinated drinks - Avoid spicy, oily and heavy food - Have multiple small quantity meals 5 to 6 times per day in 2 to 3 hours, rather than 3 large heavy meals - Avoid any food triggering the upper abdomen pain - Avoid use of alcohol/ smoking/ tobacco use if any. - Avoid lying down immediately straight within 30 to 45 mins of meals, while sleeping keep you head and upper body elevated with pillow/ support - Go for regular exercise even in form of walking for 30 to 45 mins atleast 5 times a day
