Burning feet n leg pain

Asked for Female, 35 Years

Hello asking this on behalf of my friend. My friend is 34 yrs old female with height 5.3 and weight 45 kgs. She has been experiencing burning feet like the sole region specifically and leg pain..for few months now. I googled on the internet, it says diabetes. So she has checked her fbs most of the days .It fluctuates between 72 to 78.. Pls advise what needs to be done. Regards
