It has been Day 8 of watery loose motion. Earlier doctors prescribed Treatbact Oz and Loperamide Hydrochloride. Initially it shows the effect for a few hours then again same issue. Then I consult another doctor who has suggested Rifaxmin 400, Lee Dott, Doxynec, Pre-Pro biotic. But nothing happened, now loose motion with more water content coming. Then the new doctor told me to take Loperamide Hydrochloride and Ofloxacin along with Lee Dott and Pre-Pro biotic. My condition is not getting any better. As soon as I eat anything it feels like motion in 15-25 mins.
I am eating Banana, Curd Rice, Butter Milk, Coconut Water, and White Bread.
Now it is taking a toll on me. The body is feeling a little warm some time along with little back pain. Frequency is 7-9 times a day.

Hi — thank you for explaining your condition so clearly. Having 8 days of watery loose motions despite multiple antibiotics (Treatbact Oz, Rifaximin, Doxycycline, Ofloxacin) is a strong indicator that this is not a simple bacterial infection anymore. Let me break it down for you clearly
Possible causes of your persistent loose motions
Based on your history, a few possibilities stand out:
1. Post-infectious enteritis or antibiotic-associated colitis
After multiple antibiotics, your normal gut flora may be destroyed, causing persistent diarrhea even after infection clears.
This is often due to Clostridium difficile infection or gut dysbiosis.
2. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS - Diarrhea-predominant)
After an infection, the gut lining becomes hypersensitive, causing urgency and loose stools soon after eating.
3. Parasitic infection (Giardiasis, Amebiasis)
Not covered by your current antibiotics; requires specific drugs like Tinidazole or Ornidazole.
4. Secondary lactose intolerance or malabsorption
After gut irritation, milk, curd, and some foods worsen diarrhea.
Tests you should do urgently
Please get these done tomorrow morning:
1. Stool routine and microscopy (to check for pus cells, ova, cysts, parasites)
2. Stool culture and sensitivity
3. Stool Clostridium difficile toxin A/B test
4. CBC, CRP, and Serum electrolytes (to check dehydration & inflammation)
If these are normal, we can confirm post-infectious or functional diarrhea and manage accordingly.
What to do immediately
1. Stop all antibiotics for now.
Overuse is worsening your gut imbalance.
2. Start oral rehydration and gut repair:
ORS solution: 200 ml after every loose stool.
Econorm sachet (Saccharomyces boulardii) — 1 sachet twice daily for 5 days.
Cap. Rifaximin 400 mg twice daily × 5 days (only if stool test shows bacterial infection)
Tab. Racecadotril 100 mg three times daily × 3 days — reduces watery stool without stopping motion completely.
Tab. Sporlac DS twice daily for 10 days — restores healthy gut flora.
3. Diet modification:
Continue banana, white rice, and coconut water.
Stop buttermilk and curd (lactose can worsen symptoms).
Avoid oily, spicy, and raw vegetables for 5–7 days.
You can take arrowroot or sago porridge for strength.
4. If body feels warm or pain worsens:
Take Paracetamol 650 mg every 6–8 hours if temp >100°F.
Apply warm compress on lower back for relief.
When to see doctor immediately
Loose motion >10 times/day
Drowsiness, excessive weakness, or low urine output
Blood or mucus in stool
Fever >101°F for more than 2 days
If any of these occur, hospital evaluation with IV fluids and stool testing is necessary.

Hi dear,
You seem to be having persistent watery diarrhea for more than a week despite multiple antibiotic courses. This needs careful evaluation now rather than further change of medicines.
Possible causes:
• Persistent bacterial or protozoal infection
• Antibiotic-associated diarrhea due to gut flora imbalance.
• Viral or post-infectious enteritis.
• Malabsorption or irritable bowel-related diarrhea.
Next Steps
Stop repeated antibiotics
Get stool examination done
Blood test:CBC ,Serum Electrolytes ,RFT
Hydration:
Take ORS frequently (after every loose stool).
Continue curd rice, banana, buttermilk — they are good.
Avoid oily, spicy food, milk, coffee, and outside food.
Continue Probiotic
Health Tips
Since it’s already Day 8 with no improvement, please do not delay — get stool tests and basic labs done urgently and review with a gastroenterologist.
