With alternating bowel habits you explained it seems to be IBS, which requires more detailed history and diagnostic procedures to identify the type.
Next Steps
Consult with gastroenterologist. You can also connect to me with video consultation for more guidance and treatment.
Health Tips
Stay hydrated and avoid dairy products, include more vegetables and high fibre in diet. Do not waste time taking too much unnecessary medications without proper diagnosis.

It seems you are experiencing alternating bowel habits — constipation followed by loose stools — which can occur due to intestinal irritation or functional bowel disturbance (like IBS). Cizaspa-X helps relieve spasms but may not be needed continuously for this long.
Next Steps
For now: • Stay well hydrated and take plenty of fluids and ORS if stools are watery. • Avoid spicy or oily foods for a few days. • You can take probiotics (like Econorm or Vizylac) once daily for 5 days. • If abdominal pain or loose motions persist, get a stool routine and occult blood test to rule out infection.

Seems like mild GI disturbance. Continue cizaspa x as prescribed. Stay well hydrated with ORS. Avoid spicy/oily food. Monitor for fever, blood in stool, or severe pain—consult immediately if present. Otherwise, symptoms should resolve in 2-3 days.

It seems like your symptoms may be related to an irritable bowel pattern or a mild intestinal infection. Since you’ve been on Cizaspa-X for 17 days and are still experiencing loose stools, it’s important to review your ongoing medications.
Next Steps
For now, you can: Stay hydrated — drink plenty of fluids, ORS, or buttermilk. Light, bland diet — rice, curd, banana, khichdi; avoid oily, spicy, and processed food. Probiotics such as Enterogermina (1 respule twice a day for 3 days) may help restore gut balance. Avoid self-medicating further without a review
Health Tips
If the loose stool continues for more than 2–3 days, or if you notice blood, mucus, or fever, please book a quick consultation for stool examination and further management. Consultation for medication review and stool test if not improving.
