Hello
Fluticasone furoate nasal spray is generally safe and quite effective for allergic rhinitis. The ear pressure you’re feeling could be due to Eustachian tube dysfunction, which often accompanies nasal allergy or sinus inflammation. Sometimes, when nasal congestion reduces rapidly after using the spray, temporary ear pressure or a blocked-ear sensation may occur.
It’s not usually dangerous — but if you experience pain, hearing loss, dizziness, or persistent ear pressure, it’s important to get it examined. In such cases, we usually check the nose, sinuses, and eardrum to rule out middle-ear fluid or infection.
Meanwhile, make sure you’re using the spray correctly — slightly tilt your head forward and direct the nozzle away from the nasal septum to avoid irritation or rebound congestion.
If the pressure persists beyond a few days or worsens, I’d recommend a short video or chat consultation so I can assess your symptoms properly and guide you on the next steps or any additional treatment.

Hello
Since I have studied ENT I can tell you that usually using a steroid nasal spray doesn't have major side effects.
The pressure that you are talking about here can be due to retraction of tympanic membrane ( ear drum) and due to cold episodes.
I would suggest you to practice Valsalva exercise where you exhale with mouth and nose closed. It's an exercise for tympanic membrane.
Try it.
If you still feel any other associated symptom like heaviness of ear, blocked ear, reduced hearing, then you can contact me here on this platform.
Well it is normal in allergic rhinitis but if it causes more problems for you than you will consult a doctor. I would like to suggest you to check the doses whether you are taking the correct dose or not ?
Next Steps
first check the doses if it still causes then consult a doctor
It is not likely due to fluticon it is due to allergic rhnitis you have to consult for further evaluation u can do valsalva manoeuvre and take steam it will help

Some pressure in ears can occur due to congested nose as well.
Do steam inhalation with karvol capsule 2 to 3 times daily .
If sense of pressure is more, if there is much ear pain and or giddiness, consult ENT specialist physically.
Hello,
Mild ear pressure or a feeling of fullness can sometimes occur after using fluticasone furoate nasal spray, especially if there is underlying nasal congestion or Eustachian tube blockage. It's usually temporary.
What you can do:
Try gentle nasal irrigation with saline to relieve congestion.
Avoid forceful nose blowing.
Use the spray exactly as prescribed.
When to seek help:
If you have severe ear pain, hearing loss, dizziness, or discharge from the ear, contact or you can reach out to me at 9555968one68
Next Steps
Monitor symptoms for a few days while continuing the nasal spray as prescribed.
Use saline nasal irrigation to reduce nasal congestion, which can relieve ear pressure.
Avoid forceful nose blowing and heavy Valsalva maneuvers.
• Ear pressure persists beyond a few days
There is pain, hearing loss, ringing, dizziness, or discharge from the ear
In short: continue spray, manage congestion, and seek medical review if severe or persistent.
