Hi,
Please suggest me a good nasal spray for nose blockage and congestion. I am using concor 5mg for my bp too.

You could use xylometazoline nasal spray ie otrivin
However you should not use it for more than 3 days ,as prolonged use causes rebound running nose and also it's side effect includes increased blood pressure.As you are an hypertensive ,need to be watchful

Otrivin Or azeflo both are good. Avoid using them too much.
