I am facing nose blockage and chest congestion due to cough. I have no other issue. I have a Cough problem from along time. Stream doesn't give me relax after taking steam I am facing more nose blockage. I need a nebulizer medicine.

Seems like a Post Tussive cough syndrome.
More detailed history is required to assess the severity and previous medications taken.
Avoid anything spicy/fried.
Avoid lying down just after consumption of food.
Consult a General Physician in your nearest clinic/hospital.
Clinical examination is needed.
Consult an ENT specialist to look for any local Pathology like Deviated nasal septum if you have this for long time.
And chronic cough have numerous causes.
