My friend, 33 Male has been experiencing chronic headache from past 4-5 days. The headache is in the forehead area and is chronic. He has been sleeping for 6-7 hours in the night and 1 hour in the afternoon. He goes for swimming 4 times a week. Could it because of stress. On getting the blood pressure checked the bottom number is more than 80. Although, the blood pressure was checked after walking.

My friend got bitten by a street dog in her shoulder but she didn't took rabies vaccine till 7 th day . I didn't know that she got bitten in the shoulder and I touched her shoulder and immediately put bandage in my shoe bite area. My last rabies vaccine completed on 24 feb and i met my friend on 17 may should i take booster doses . Please tell me and i even give her bandage in her hand and then i applied in my shoe bite area. Sir and Ma'am, Can we take Zolfresh 10 or 5 for chronic insomnia or any other meds. Pls suggest. Tried all techniques and some related meds, nothing worked. Pls guide as only zolfresh helped for a week. Thanks and Regards

I am suffering from allergy. Since last 1 month I have been facing this problem and it happens mainly near to lips region and only once on left side chick. The area mostly becomes itchy and swollen. I had taken medicine twice but allergy comes back. Sometimes without medicine things become normal within 2/3 hours. Please suggest what need to be done.
