Rabies virus spreads only through direct contact of infected animal saliva with fresh wounds, mucosa, or bites — not through intact skin or touching objects like car handles. In your case, there is zero risk of rabies from just touching the handle, even if dogs fought nearby. You don’t need any vaccine or treatment.
However, if you want me to personally assess your exact exposure and guide you on rabies prevention in the future, you can reach me privately on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for detailed guidance and peace of mind.

Risk of rabies is just because of dogs saliva.and
If any open wound or bleeding on your body that have contact with dogs saliva than it should be a risk.
You have just wash your handle and surrounding with soup and running water and monitor these type of dogs if possible.
Or simple you can go for prophylactic rabies vaccination
If u have any open wound or so.. u should be cautious before touching the area..
only. If the saliva of any dog is present only , the problem comes.. and that too if the dog also is diseased
Just clean the surface with soap and water and dont be panic
