Hpv vaccine has nothing to do with facial warts. It is taken as a prevention for cervical cancer which is more common amongst females in India. Gardasil and indian vaccine cervavac are available for hpv. Consult for more details.

Hpv vaccine is for genital warts, which are due to a different strain of Hpv, Tham the one causing facial warts. If warts have not recurred, it is good. Just watch for any recurrence.

HPV vaccine is preventive against genital warts and cancers such as cervical(females), oropharyngeal, Anal and penile. Gardashil tetravalent or nonvalent or cervavac are protective against viral strains which causes genital warts and cancers mentioned above.   Warts on face, hand or foot are caused by different variant of HPV which are benign mostly and hygiene related more on sweat prone areas of body. So to answer your question HPV vaccine won't help in the case of facial warts. But if you want protection against genital warts or cancer or if any high risk is present you can consider HPV vaccine. But the efficacy of vaccine is better if given before first sexual exposure.

Facial warts are caused by certain strains of HPV—mainly types 6 and 11, which are covered by both Gardasil and Gardasil 9. However, Gardasil 9 offers broader protection (against 9 HPV types, including high-risk ones like 16, 18, 31, 33, etc.), making it the better and more future-proof option. Even though recurrence risk is low after proper removal, vaccination helps prevent reinfection or spread to new sites. For personalized guidance on vaccination schedule and skin protection tips to prevent recurrence, you can message me directly on WhatsApp at eight-zero-zero-nine-eight-two-one-three-three-two for a private consultation.
