Thyroxine can't be started off just on a tsh report sire it needs workup and then starting off with a low dose and further followup
Any symptoms which prompted you to test for it?
Any past or family history of the same?
It'd be great if you did T3 , Free T4 and TPO levels as a further workup to make sure whether it's from underproduction or autoimmune

Is she taking any thyroid medication ? Or it is the first report. !
If it is the first report 50mcg is sufficient
And get a report to be done after 3-4 months and review… then dose can be adjusted appropriately..

Thyronorm 75 mcg one before breakfast for two months.
