We prescribe depending on patient..it varies.we need to review patient ( vit b12 levels,pathologies,other drug intake, sensorium of patient)

1.If your taking as regular basis to compensate daily routines then i suggest you to take
Vitamin b12 tablets OD( once a day at afternoon before consuming food ) sir
I don't recommend multivitamins sir
I strongly recommend you diet (if your non-vegetarian)
2.if your are taking other drugs which causes anemia then you must add on vitamin tablets
3.get done with vitamin b12 levels.
150 is normal .but false high values are seen if your alcoholic.
Take injections only if you have mod to severe deficiency
