I woke up at night 2 to 3 am . I have been taking triptomer for the last 1.5 years but later I came to know I am suffering from deibetise .so I consult some other  doctors he stop triptomer and feel distrub sleep although my sugar remains 100before fasting and 150after food but problem constipation and sleep disturbances remains as it.kindly suggested some remedy.

My poop feels stuck since yesterday evening and won't come out I was constipated yesterday. My father has got me a syrup this morning lactulose oral solution ip. Will this syrup help me. I think my stool is stuck at rectum and just won't come out, but I feel the urge constantly

Query for Practo: Hello Doctor, I noticed a small single red dot/spot on my leg about 18 hours ago. It looks like a round red mark, not a line or cut, and I did not feel any pain or scratch when it appeared. I was in a crowd, and I am not sure if it could be from a dog or cat, but I don’t recall any scratch or bite. My questions are: Does this look like a dog/cat bite or scratch, or more like an insect bite/skin irritation? If there is no visible skin break or bleeding, is there any risk of rabies? Suspected thypiod and dengue splenomegaly recently had a CBC blood test with results showing hemoglobin 13, WBC 6700, and platelets 108,000. The report mentioned "few atypical lymphocytes seen." Later,  platelet count increased to 170,000 after 15 days. You're concerned about the "few atypical lymphocytes seen" part and whether it's normal.
