Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for 3to5 days. Nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR 7 days.
Enterogermina respule three times for three days.
Add buttermilk n curd in diet.

Let me know the Antibiotics that he has been administered.
Also its important to let me know about his diet.
If he is given idly and dosai or wheat rotis, daily, that itself can also result in prolonging fever.
