Fever migraine and weakness
I've got severe migraine and weakness and am high with fever since yesterday night, I've taken 2 dolo 650 so lower down my temperature.

You can continue taking dolo in safe amount and be hydrated. Visit General Physician if you notice any danger signs or fever persist. Danger signs like bleeding from any site, red spots, decrease BP, persistent decrease in appetite and food intake etc

You should mention your age.
For fever take Tab Pcm or Tab dolo and stay hydrated.Dehydration leads to weakness. You can take coconut water .
And for migraines I need to evaluate.

Your symptoms are most likely suggestive of an acute viral fever. Fever can commonly present with severe headache, body ache, weakness and may also trigger migraine in individuals who are prone to it. However, if fever persists or worsens, infections such as dengue or malaria should also be ruled out depending on your symptoms and local prevalence.

Continue Dolo 650 mg as advised, maintain adequate hydration, take plenty of rest and monitor your temperature. If fever persists beyond 2-3 days, or if your headache remains severe despite fever settling, please book a consult. Also meanwhile I would advise CBC, Typhidot, Urine routine and microscopy.
