Experienced head spinning while lying down and trying to sleep. Have high blood pressure when checked.

I frequently gets sick but doctors told me normal about lymph nodes 9 months ago i was diagnosed with tb but 26 day ago doctor declared me fit after seen my regular xray after every months or 2 months I am worry about my swollen lymph nodes

Can i have rabies injection (4th dose) on 1st of March as i am currently recovering from Seasonal Flu (having Cefuroxime, Methylprednisolone, AscorilDPlus, Bilastine-Monteklaust and 3-4 day medicine left)? Or can i delay it for couple of days? (Last shot was on 15th Feb)

While passing in urine noted bubbles is formed . The color of urine is very clear . What is the reason of this ?? . It is happening due to the speed of urine in urinal ? . Hello docs, I have lowvit b12 level even I did course of taking supplements of 2 months taking neurobian forte once daily.after checking 2 montha later found that only few units have increased. Right now i am having loud tinnitus which is my old problem since 2018 also slight back pain and tiredness. If there any other method b12 to get increase please tell. My uncle has been experiencing pain in anus from 2-3 days, there's no bleeding in stool but the pain is there after passing the stool and during the entire day.
