On 14th april 2025 a monkey came near me. It was at my head height on a ledge and 2 feet infront of me. I'm worried if in any way its saliva got into my mouth due to it coughing/sneezing our growling , can i get rabies that way? I had a bleeding gum that's why i'm worried if its saliva got into my mouth and into the bleeding gum , could that lead to an infection? Also my rabies titer was greater than 4 eu/ml on 5th march and i had a booster shot on 6th march 2025 , then one on 10th march and another one just for safe measure on 28th march. If it is an exposure will my previous vaccination be enough or do i need to get more shots?

Need to know any medicines needed or lifestyle modification will do... Had fatty liver grade 1...no high BP no other issue

Sir/mam, i have tonsillitis and pharyngitis so i eat lightly... already i have vitamin D deficiency... my lft, rft all are normal range..., my wbc 5500 .. my echo normal.. i have  triglycerides 250 and total cholesterol 210 , my ecg some times shows sinus tachycardia.. some times showes ischemia.. last ecg only sinus tachycar... echo normal whats is the reason for my weakness and tiredness... i have swallowing issues because of tonsillitis and pharyngitis... pls guide me...

I just had a query...is it really possible for labs to use the same syringe for taking blood tests of different persons? I just got my blood test today ...a syringe was kept open and I didn't really see what he did after that... Do they really use the same ones?

Hi Doctor, My mother is 62 years old and has a history of both high blood pressure and diabetes. About six months ago, we discontinued her BP medication as the doctor advised it was no longer necessary due to stable readings. However, she has been continuing her diabetes medication as prescribed. Today, she suddenly experienced vomiting and dizziness. We checked her blood pressure, and it was 165/98. We tried to locate the BP tablets she used previously, but unfortunately, we have misplaced both the prescription and the medication packaging. Could you please advise on the appropriate BP medication for her?
