Hlo dr, I have gastric problems and acid reflux... Tried antacids for years but no relief... I have to cure this naturally... Can saunf and mishri after meals helps to stop acid reflux and gas problems...

Almost a week ago ,while I was returning home I felt a splash of water near my lips I don't know from where it came ,now I think what if that was the saliva of dog or bat ,after returning home I washed my mouth properly ,but again and again I am thinking what if it was the saliva of bat or dog ,which will give me rabies, I had ulcers in my lips and I think what if the infected saliva got into my ulcer and there it manifest to  cause rabies ,cause the ulcer was red ,and everywhere I have read that rabies is caused when saliva comes in contact with mucusous membrane ,and open wound ,and in my case it was both,I am also facing problem of excess salivation in my mouth ,which has a foamy texture , i Am tensed very much plss help 🙏🙏🙏Also plss tell me if it was actually the saliva of bat will it cause me rbsies because I had mouth ulcer

Dear Doctor, I am 46 years old. I am very obese. I am 138.5kg in weight and 5 feet 6 inches in height. I have high BP from the year 2019. I have been given by Cardiologist Concor 5mg at morning and Able 40mg at night. My heart beat increases on walking to 195bpm. After having Concor 5mg it has come down to 140bpm. My question can I have 10mg Concor tablet to reduce heartbeat further??? Please advise. My other problem is that I have pain and burning sensation in my anus if I sit ride scooter. It feels like fissure to me. Is there any ointment for fissure. Any medicine please suggest. Thank you for reading my health complaints.
