Major symptom is headache and heavy head feeling. Sometimes sneezing. No mucus. No other symptom as of now.

Hey My right side of tonsil is bigger than left side from last 2 years and also right ear canal is swelled without pain and sometimes itching. I am getting white spots on tonsils and develop sore throat with pain later. Not able to swallow. It's keep coming back. When on antibiotics pain reduces but still white patches will be there, from last 2 months it's always there. Not sure what causing this issue and what can be the permanent fix for this.
